Processing Time
All orders are made with care and attention to detail. Processing times are typically 5-7 business days after purchase.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping of $10 for all domestic U.S. orders.
Free shipping is available for orders over $150.
Shipping Times
Domestic shipping: Once your order is processed, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days via USPS or UPS.
Please note that shipping times are estimated and may be affected by holidays, customs delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.
Lost or Damaged Items
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have left our facility. However, we will assist you in contacting the shipping carrier to resolve any issues.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Return & Refund Policy

At Prettiest Pear LLC, we take great care to ensure that each of our handmade products is crafted with the highest quality materials and attention to detail. As a small business focused on sustainability and slow fashion, we do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or defective. Please carefully review the following policy before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund. To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:
Contact Us:
Email us at prettiestpear@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue, along with photos of the damaged or defective item.
Return Authorization:
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item. We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
Replacement or Refund:
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will either issue a replacement (if available) or process a full refund, including the original shipping cost. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any of the following:
Items that are not damaged or defective
Custom or personalized products
Sale or discounted items
Used, washed, or altered items

Final Sale on All Orders
